To support consistent performance and uninterrupted data collection, C-Lock provides a Preventive Maintenance Kit (PMK) as part of your Data Insight and Support Subscription. This kit is designed to proactively address common airflow-related issues that can impact trials and long-term system reliability.

Our data shows that many disruptions can be avoided with regular maintenance and timely replacement of consumable components. The Preventive Maintenance Kit helps ensure your GreenFeed system continues operating at peak performance—saving you time, reducing downtime, and protecting your investment.

Each kit is valued at $1,000 and is provided at no additional cost to eligible subscribers.

Program Overview

  • One Preventive Maintenance Kit is provided annually based on your subscription activation or anniversary date.​
  • Customers with 3 and 5 year subscriptions can renew the kit each year by completing installation verification and a short form within 60 days of the anniversary date.​
  • Annual reminders are sent to confirm shipping and billing details to ensure on-time delivery.

Installation & Support

Each kit includes detailed installation instructions for quick and efficient setup. Regular maintenance and filter cleaning are still required to ensure optimal operation.

If you are currently running a trial, we recommend installing the kit after the trial concludes. Your 60-day installation verification window will begin at that time.
